If I place an order today, when will I receive my product?
For local order, the order will be delivered within 24 hours, as long as the
product is in stock.
Can I get some samples for testing?
Absolutely! You can contact our Sales Consultant directly by 86-0512-36182210.
Please note that Eyou Display Co.,Ltd. reserves a right to limit quantities
and dollar amount of requested samples.
Is the shipping cost included in the product price?
The shipping cost is excluded in the price. The shipping cost is based on
weight which is determined your order quantities and packing sizes.
Will there be tax on my order?
For some oversea deliveries, unless you have tax-exempt status and have
provided us with your tax exemption number, we will apply taxes as
applicable.
How can I complete the payment and what is the payment policy?
For bulk orders, mostly are completed by T/T payment. For small amount or
sample charge, please complete the payment by cash if you take samples directly
from our office or by courier.
